Last Thursday, HDB came out with 2 new BTO HDB houses located in Sengkang and Punggol, namely
Compass Pearl and Punggol Sapphire.. And this time round, these 2 projects will be a premium hdb, which hubby has been telling me that he wanted them so much.. One pt i agree on premium flats, for the time being we can save on the flooring charges since the flooring were alreadi done by hdb for us... But on the other hand, wad i dun like is tat, the 3 bedrooms flooring are of timber.... Troublesome when comes to mopping and might have fear of termites growing.. But, thinking thru.. We can, for the time being, save on the flooring cost and we can wait till we have enuff money den we decide whether to change to marble flooring... Hubby wanted 5 room flat since there area is bigger... But i have told him, if 5 room is out(since there is onli 84 units available), we will have to stick to 4 rm flat.. He agree to it... Will be going down to hdb to take a look tml at their 3d model and see how it is before deciding whether to ballot anot... Dun wanna risk anymore chances...
Now abt Jayden.. Since ytd, i have change the sleeping location at nite.. No more sarong baby at nite... I am getting him to slp on my bed, patting him to slp.. Some mummies might say, why not u start when he is baby? Why onli start now? Yup, i have my own reasons, dun need to further explain why.. The onli reason which i will state now is I am travelling to Malaysia frm 14th June to abt 21st June.. Therefore i will need to train him to slp without the sarong.. Lotsa shopping to be done thru out next week... Oh ya... Will try to blog more of his sleeping updates...
Ytd, he took abt 10 min to fall aslp, could be due to the medicine effect (he had medicine for his viral rashes).. Shall see today.. Tml having check up with Dr Yeap, shall change my scanning appt to 12th June..
