Punggol Spectra is HDB latest BTO project. 1,142 units of 2-room, 3-room & 4-room flats were launched yesterday for the public to ballot.
Among so many projects HDB had launched, Punggol Spectra is one of the cheapest project HDB ever launch.
Of course, we are, or should i say, we have balloted for the 4 room flat, now waiting for the queue number, which will be out in October. A quick detail of Punggol Spectra.
